We prepare all documents (i.e. grant deed, interspousal transfer deeds, quitclaim deeds, trust deeds, notes, assignments, request for notice,) along with all necessary instructions as required for your escrow.Completion of documents required by Department of Housing and Community Development and obtaining Tax Clearance Certificate, when necessary, in order to effect the transfer of title of your mobile home.
